EMBODIED FLOW
Cultivate a more embodied awareness as move your body, feel your breath and notice internal sensations. This class is not vinyasa but can include slow Sun Salutations and other more active sequences and postures.

Every class offers many moments to pause and notice the effects of your practice.

Finish with still longer holds and relaxation.

Come and experience a nourishing yet powerful way to work with your nervous system to improve energy levels and mental health using simple, targeted ‘brain boost’ movement and breathing techniques.

If public yoga classes put you off, or you’ve been feeling stressed lately, or perhaps you’re a beginner keen to dip your toe into yoga, then this class is for you.
