SLOW & MINDFUL YOGA
Let go of the day's stresses. Stretch, breathe and move at a pace that suits you. Leave feeling calmer, more grounded and refreshed. Suitable for all levels of experience, this slow mindful class is designed to balance the nervous system and support physical and mental wellbeing.

MORNING EASE - Online class
Gently stoke your energy for the day ahead through mindful movement and breath awareness. Each class is different, offering a variety of warm-ups and yoga postures to improve strength, flexibility and balance. We finish with a few minutes of relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and calm.
