You are invited to join us for a nourishing day of unwinding, connection and ah-ha moments. Our day retreat focuses on supporting your mental health and wellbeing through the transition into perimenopause and beyond.

This is a day just for you, to understand and attend to your unique needs.  Leave afterwards feeling supported and empowered, in community with other women going through the same challenges.  Gain an understanding about what is going on inside of you as you transition into a totally different stage of your life.

More about Sarah

Sarah is a certified mental health aware yoga teacher, and has taught therapeutic yoga for over a decade.  She loves to share how powerful slowing down can be to regulate the nervous system.  Sarah believes that health and wellbeing is a unique journey for each woman, and advocates incorporating yoga and meditation into life as well as considering all options available.

Sarah recently married for the 2nd time, has 2 teenage daughters and will soon celebrate turning 50!

 

More about Coryn

Coryn has been a naturopath for 25 years, and is a passionate advocate for women’s health.  She has lead many women’s health retreats, empowering women with her unique ability to simplify topics and hold a warm, humorous space for all.

Coryn has 3 children and is 50.  She has a sound understanding of this very important, sometimes difficult stage in a woman's life. She believes that all the stages of a woman's life should be honoured. Maiden, mother and wise woman.
