Yoga classes follow a varied format of a different theme each week - anatomy, physiology, mind, energy, or an aspect of health.  Expect variety and keeping your practice fresh, engaging interesting and fun!! All classes end with calming long holds in passive postures, and guided relaxation. Leave feeling supple, physically relaxed, mentally calm and focussed.

6.30-7.45pm CORE FLOW
A yoga class for all levels with a specific focus to strengthen and tone the core muscles (abdominal, side body, deep core, back). We also explore flexibility and stretching with Sun Salutations and flowing movements. Challenge yourself a lot or a little! All movements taught with variations to suit all different bodies.
All classes also incorporate breathing practices and relaxation.

Tuesday
6.30-7.45pm HATHA FLOW
Dynamic flow yoga to boost internal energy and offer you the chance to explore a few more challenging postures. Suited to those with a little more experience of yoga or students keen to dive right in!
All classes also incorporate breathing practices and relaxation.

9.15-10.30am SLOW & STEADY
Love yoga or keen to try it out but the idea of pushing yourself doesn’t appeal? This is the class for you! All the usual creative movements that keep your body feeling great, minus the tricky complicated pretzel poses. Nice and accessible to all, great for those experiencing lower energy or just needing to slow down a little in life.
All classes also incorporate breathing practices and relaxation.

Thursday
9.15-10.30am HATHA FLOW
Dynamic flow yoga to boost internal energy and offer you the chance to explore a few more challenging postures. Suited to those with a little more experience of yoga or students keen to dive right in!
